Sunday 3rd of June saw the
running of the Derby Half Marathon that started and finished at Derby’s Pride
Park football stadium. With most of the club at the Woodhall Spa 10K, Matthew
Williamson was the soul representative from Grantham Running Club.
Matthew
finished in a time of 1:29:35 which was good enough to place him 87th out of
2640 that finished the race. After the race Matthew said he was happy with his
time considering the hot conditions and the fact that it was his first half
marathon race in over a year.
