Cransley Hospice Half Marathon

This was Tony Johnsons third HM in 3 weeks and best time so far this month - 01:29:40. Good enough for 2nd V50 and 17th pace overall despite a strong headwind for the last 5 miles or so. Over 50 miles for the week including this race.
